Our full-cycle recruiting process incorporates the latest technology, methods and techniques to source our Client's ideal candidate using best in practice passive and highly skilled proactive recruiting. From our initial Client contact to candidate transition and retention we are your trusted recruiting partner.

Project Parameters
  • Client Interview - Obtain complete career profile (position, specifications, purpose, etc…)
  • Obtain profile of desired candidate (experience, background, education, cultural workplace fit)
  • Consult with Client’s on industry compensation and benefits standards for specific position
  • Consult with Client and set expected time table (initial screening, interviews, final close and start date)
  • Assemble project team leadership, review case parameters and set timelines
  • Conduct market research analysis on competition industry and position
  • Advise Client as to alternative candidate pipelines to source
  • Update Client as to progress weekly during initial preparation stage
Interview Process
  • Formally present candidate to Client and review candidates interviewing results
  • Deliver candidate profiles, CV and supporting documents to Client for review
  • Provide comprehensive referral check to Client
  • Assist Client in scheduling any appointments, confirmations, instructions and directions
  • Coordinate any travel, home office meetings and timing with candidate
  • Prepare Client on candidate interest level, demands and concerns
  • Professionally release and candidates the Client does not wish to continue
  • Provide a communication pipeline throughout the interviewing process
Recruiting Process
  • Compile list of target companies and candidates based on geographic territory (review and revise target with Client)
  • Identify and agree to a Do Not Call list (this may be candidates the client has currently in-process or has seen in the past)
  • Conduct proactive telephone calls to engage, sell and motivate candidate for interview (during call recruiter will extract specific information and complete background profile and deliver to Client)
  • Conduct follow-up call with candidate to set up face to face, internet or tele-meeting. (some cases require recruiter to interview in person prior to Client meeting)
  • Research candidate background for any issues that may exclude him/her from candidate pipeline.


Closing and Follow-up
  • Validate candidate earnings and negotiate compensation package
  • Review benefits package, bonuses, and any incentive clubs or trips
  • Provide educational verification, credit background, felonies and any securities violations or suspensions
  • Discuss verbal offer with candidate confer with Client on candidates response
  • Ensure all HR documents are in order and processes are complete
  • Deliver formal offer letter, letter of intent and start date to candidate for agreement and signature
  • Consult with candidate to understand resignation process and address counter offer
  • Deliver signed offer letter with start date to Client for processing
  • Confer with Client to ensure transition teams are proceeding and ready to accept candidate on start date
  • Remain in contact with Client and candidate through the start date and into the next few weeks
  • Support the Client in sharing any issues candidate is having in his first few weeks
  • Verify with Client that the project has been completed and the level of satisfaction is high
